The problem with typical suspended exits:
Most suspended exit signs on the market are built from plastic housings, hung on cable improvised on-site by the electrical contractor, with a separate power cable run alongside the suspension line. This typically results in an exposed, tangled fitting that undercuts the finish of the space it's meant to protect.
