Coolon has launched Aelita2S, a new addition to the Aelita system designed to extend consistent, connected lighting performance across larger industrial sites. Designed as a complementary luminaire, Aelita2S enables large-scale sites to achieve consistent lighting performance while maintaining full integration with the Coolon Brilliant Connected Lighting (BCL) ecosystem.

Aelita2S is designed to work seamlessly alongside Aelita, allowing mixed deployments without compromising visual consistency or system intelligence.

This pairing enables designers and operators to:

• Maintain consistent optical performance across walkways, corridors, and infrastructure zones

This is particularly valuable in large-scale environments where uniformity and scalability are critical.

Aelita2S delivers high-performance output across multiple configurations, ranging from 9,000 to 14,500 lumens depending on model selection. Built on the same trusted design language as Aelita, it ensures visual continuity across the entire installation . Its application footprint covers numerous areas including: conveyors, pedestrian access ways, stairwells, tunnels, stackers, reclaimers and general area lighting. Aelita2S extends beyond lighting through its embedded intelligence features:

• Built-in RGBW visual warning indicator
• Dynamic amber and white colour switching for adaptive hazard perception
• Occupancy-based motion response
• Network-ready mesh backbone architecture

A Connected Infrastructure Layer

Like all Coolon Brilliant Connected Lighting products, Aelita2S forms part of a distributed wireless mesh network using Wirepas technology. This allows luminaires to act as both lighting points and communication nodes. Lighting becomes the backbone of a wider digital ecosystem rather than a standalone utility.
