Dear valued customers,
Re: Coolon response to coronavirus (COVID-19) Stage 4 Restrictions
Coolon is an Electronics Equipment Manufacturer based in Victoria. As per the recent Victorian State Government Stage 4 Restrictions, Coolon can continue on-site operation since our core activity falls under an approved manufacturing category.
Furthermore, equipment/products produced by Coolon are primarily used in mining operations (coal, iron-ore, minerals, etc), commercial construction and defence projects. These industry sectors also remain operational and they can continue to rely on Coolon as a part of their supply chain.
Coolon has a COVID Safe Plan in action which is continually reviewed and amended in proportion to the risks associated with the coronavirus pandemic and its primary focus is to ensure our staff, customers and suppliers can continue to operate in a safe and reliable manner.
We value the trust and respect extended to us by our customers, and as always, we shall do everything in our power to meet your needs and expectations. Should any changes occur beyond our control that impact on our ability to provide the expected service, you shall be notified immediately. In the interim, please rest assured Coolon will continue to provide industry leading products and service you have come to expect.
Should you have any questions please feel free to direct them to our support team via support@coolon.com.au and we look forward to working with you through the challenges ahead.
