ELS Downlight

The ELS Downlight utilizes unique RGB LED technology to delivery beautiful, deep coloured light.

Traditionally, colour changing downlights use individual colour LEDs, with one or more each of blue, green and red, combining them to create a range of colours. The problem with them however, is the impurity of the colour projection against a surface. The ELS Downlight applies the advanced technology of using a single RGB diode that allows colour mixing to occur inside the diode, projecting an equally pure, bright and untainted glow of any colour.

Up to 16 ELS Downlights or groups of downlights can be connected in a network and controlled individually using an ELS Modem and Control Panel.

Suggested Applications

• Ambient and mood lighting in domestic and commercial applications, such as restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs and retail outlets.
• Wall lighting/ wall washing: uniform illumination on walls or pictures
• Grazing: creating defining colour shadows on textured surfaces
• Accent Lighting: concentrated light spots to draw attention to objects
• Downlighting in display cabinets
• Outdoor decorative lighting (requires IP rated enclosure)
